You will run day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
This is not a “working foreman” role.
You are responsible for:
- Managing schedule, crew, and subcontractors
- Keeping projects on track daily
- Communicating updates clearly to the team
- Maintaining clean, organized, professional jobsites

What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Daily jobsite execution and coordination
- Weekly scheduling (2-week lookahead planning)
- Material and delivery management
- Site safety and cleanliness
- Accurate daily logs with photos and updates
Requirements
- Strong residential construction experience
- Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using systems and documenting work daily
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
