Site Supervisor
About the Role
Franklin General Contracting is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to run day-to-day operations on our residential and light-commercial job sites in the SD&G and Cornwall area — keeping schedule, quality, safety, and documentation on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily jobsite operations for one or more active builds/renovations
- Coordinate crew and subcontractor scheduling
- Maintain accurate JobTread documentation — daily logs, two-week lookaheads, material tracking
- Conduct weekly safety walks and toolbox talks
- Communicate schedule and budget updates to the Operations Manager and clients

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supervising residential or light-commercial construction sites
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with digital project-management tools (JobTread experience an asset)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- $41.00–$45.00/hour, based on experience
- Full-time — Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry and Cornwall, Ontario area
- Defined path to Senior Site Supervisor, with a leadership role in a growing, family-run design-build company.
