Reach Out

Initiate the process by filling out the contact form on our website or giving us a call. Provide us with preliminary information about your project. If we determine that we are a good fit for your needs, we will schedule a 30-minute phone call to gather more details about you and your project.

On-Site Consultation

Following the initial phone call, if we decide to move forward together, we’ll schedule a date for a free on-site consultation. During this meeting, we’ll delve deeper into your project’s requirements and design ideas.

If you haven’t chosen an architect already, we will connect you with a trusted design partner. By utilizing an Integrated Design Approach (Architect & Builder Design Team), we can work together to ensure buildability, budget, and efficiency goals are met.

Pre Construction Phase

Upon completing the on-site consultation, we enter the Pre Construction Phase. Here, we collaborate to establish comprehensive design drawings, define a specific scope of work, finalize material selections, and develop an accurate budget & construction schedule. The necessary permits will be acquired by the end of this phase, ensuring a smooth transition into construction.

Construction Phase

Once the Pre Construction Phase is complete, we move on to the Construction Phase. This involves ordering long lead time materials, scheduling deliveries and trades, and executing the build-out of your project. Throughout the construction process, our construction software keeps you informed with progress photos, billing information, schedule updates, modifications, technical documents, and more, ensuring project transparency and seamless collaboration.

Handover

As your project nears completion, we conduct thorough walkthroughs to guarantee complete client satisfaction. Any remaining punchlist items are promptly addressed by our skilled team members. Our product warranty provides peace of mind, ensuring that any issues post-handover will be taken care of promptly and efficiently.
