100+ Year Old Log Home Exterior Restoration
This project began with a Pre-Construction Contract and evolved into a full exterior transformation of a 100+ year old rural log home. The scope included structural straightening, building-science upgrades, siding replacement, insulation improvements, full window replacement, roof rebuilding, and electrical mast relocation.
The work required careful integration of modern assemblies with historic log construction — preserving the character of the home while significantly upgrading comfort, performance, and durability.
